What we collect
- Shop information such as shop domain and app installation state.
- Shopify session and authentication data needed to securely operate the app inside Shopify admin.
- Merchant account information made available by Shopify in app sessions, such as name, email, locale, and account role.
- Klaviyo connection information, including the private API key you provide to connect your account. Klaviyo API keys are stored encrypted at rest.
- App-generated operational data such as segment definitions, segment counts, CLV analysis results, suppression jobs, schedules, tags, and related settings.
- Support information that you voluntarily submit, including your name, email address, message contents, and any image attachments sent through the contact form.
- Basic technical and diagnostic information needed to monitor and secure the service.
How we use information
- Authenticate merchants and maintain secure app sessions.
- Connect the merchant's Shopify store to Klaviyo.
- Create, update, analyze, and manage inactive customer segments and suppression workflows requested by the merchant.
- Show analytics, history, and configuration data inside the app.
- Respond to support questions, bug reports, and feature requests.
- Protect the app, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.
How we share information
We do not sell merchant data or customer personal information. We share information only with service providers or platforms needed to operate the app, such as Shopify, Klaviyo, infrastructure and database providers, and Resend for contact-form email delivery.
Data retention and deletion
We retain app data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When the app is uninstalled or when Shopify sends a valid privacy or redaction request, we delete or redact stored app data in accordance with Shopify's privacy-law compliance requirements.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. This includes encryption for stored Klaviyo API keys and encrypted storage for Shopify session access tokens.
International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate. By using the app, you understand that data may be transferred to and processed outside your local jurisdiction.
